For those who might not want to be bothered, you can immediately delete certain Google services if you don't use them.

Each social media course offers the option to lock user accounts to be limited to only known people. Each post can also be changed its settings so that it is only visible to friends, and we can also prohibit searches via the email address or phone number we provide.
